vasp.6.1.0

Dear All,
I have compiled successfully VASP.6.1.0 on ubuntu 18.04LTS+power9+gfortran(9.3.0)+openmpi4.0.3. However, it cannot run with the error 『Fortran runtime error: Cannot open file '01/CHGCAR': No such file or directory』and more one about the Cannot open file. P.S. vasp.5.4.4 can run normally in the same condition. Any ideas to overcome the error are welcome. Thanks in advance.
