To whom it may concern,

As a principal contact of a maintenance and installation VASP license, I need to confirm that users are registered under a VASP license before allowing them to access VASP binaries and POTCAR files. Recently, I have not been getting responses to my emails requesting confirmation of confirmation.

How can I get confirmation of a user's VASP license registration?

These requests should be made to licensing@vasp.at
Lately we have received a large influx of e-mails due to the new VASP6 release.
Furthermore our capacity to answer these e-mails has been hindered due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
