Hi, I want to know whether different math lib can affect the the total energy of our system. Because I found different version with different mathematic libs have generated different total energy . I
don't know whether this is normal phenomenon/

no! if you get different results with different libraries, one/some of them must have an error in the installation. to check which one, please run one of the benchmark tests which you can download from the ftp server and have a look which setup reproduces the results given there.
