Description: Determines whether structures in the sampling are created according to Bose-Einstein or Maxwell-Boltzmann statistics.
For PHON_LBOSE=.TRUE. Bose-Einstein statistics is used.
For PHON_LBOSE=.FALSE. Maxwell-Boltzmann statistics is used.
