How can I set constant pressure in VASP?

Question on input files/tags, interpreting output, etc.

Dear all VASP user
I want to know how can I set constant pressure when I change the electronic structure.

I guess the idea is to fix the volume when performing ionic relaxtion. Of course, that is not related to electronic relaxations. I think there has no meaning to do this for electronic level.
