ENCUTGWSOFT = [real] (energy cutoff for response function) 

Default: ENCUTGWSOFT = ENCUTGW for ALGO=ACFDT
= ENCUTGW else

Descprition: The flag allows to truncate the Coulomb kernel slowly between the energy specified by ENCUTGWSOFT and ENCUTGW.
